Re: Petrol Tank Vent Hose Confiiguration
Thank you all again for the quick response! Yes, my car has North American emissions control and no vent connection to the filler neck. I just spent a few minutes trying to use my camera on my phone to photograph the filler neck to make sure I wasn't missing something. I will check in to the option ...

Petrol Tank Vent Hose Confiiguration
I have a US spec series II with emission controls. I received my replacement petrol tank and it looks like I ordered the non US version tank with 1 larger venting pipe instead of the North American version with the 3 venting pipes for emission control. I would like to use the non-US version tank and...

Re: New With 1R11203 Series II
A few more pictures of where the rust is on this low (15,835) mileage Series II OTS build date 12/69. It looks like the heater can be salvaged but the vacuum tank will need to be replaced. The petrol tank was also full of rust. If you look closely, you can find one of the many mice in eternal sleep ...

Heater Flapper Stay and Air Intake Bonnet
I am working on restoring my heater box and have 2 questions: 1. On the bar that holds the flapper, opposite of the cable side, I have a fitting that looks like it has a set screw inside. I have seen pictures with a bolt in there. My question is, did Jaguar use a set screw that went into the fitting...
