thank you all for good input, i will look more into neopren and glue that in place.

when the car is newly renovated its a pity to have dents that crack the paint from underneath.

Hello i have a aluminium bonnet on my car and wonder if somebody know how to protect the aluminium bonnet from stones that the wheel may direct inside the wheel well, the aluminum bonnet i soft compared to the original and hence the paint could damage if stones go in the wrong way. any ideas is good...
