I removed this Radiomobile an speakers out of a US-sold 1963 OTS many years ago. Think its original.
(I still got it in a box somewhere, if interested.)

Take the fan belt of and check so its not the water pump or alternator.
If upper chain is ok, maybe the lower chains hydraulic tensioner is the reason?
Is the oil pressure ok at normal running?

My FHC built in october -67, has no stamped engine number on the head.
