Knocking sound

My car has developed a cyclic knocking on that comes and goes from the front end. I'm not sure if it's coming from a wheel bearing or the transmission. It happens when under load or when rolling neutral and seems to be getting worse. it goes away under braking. Any ideas what it might be? I'm a few ...

Thanks, I managed to get the screw out and realised that there is no nut, it just screws directly to bodywork. The hole had been made to large by the clipping so I used a helicoil as a temporary fixed, no secure again :-)

Everything else seems fine other than the wing mirror mount is loose.
