I would be interested in knowing what the EBC instructions say. I have always thought that new brake pads can be beaded in by doing several hard slow downs from 50-65 mph. I'm surprised after driving your car 160 miles the pads aren't beaded in.

I own a 1970 E Type ots in New York State which includes all the US mandated safety/emission changes including larger taillights, stromberg carbs, emission controls, etc. When the US DOT mandated these changes in 69-70, did Jaguar incorporate these modifications in production of all E Types or just ...
