Track accident on left side + rough disassamble from previous owner when changing frame.

Found interesting thing on engine frame. Is this gasket (???) something from factory? Material is similar to original bonnet locating bracket gasket. Car was bought new in Germany. So thinking B-700 needs to be fitted.
Interesting that this is not mentioned in Dr. Haddock originality guide...
