I had asked the same question on JL in early April, so I am glad I have now come across this thread.

My engine is non-standard and I have been trying to confirm the model (XJ6?) and year; the number is 8L 1809XX. I am told that is one digit too many, but it is definitely 6 digits after the 8L.

I haven't yet found a detailed cross reference, so I would appreciate any info you may have.

When I got this car last year, I purchased oil filters from one of the usual suspects. They sent me the Coopers FA4012D. It comes with two o-rings; thick and thin. Which one am I meant to use?

We think the engine is from an XJ6 if that matters.

I just bought some from SNG for my 3-pot S2 calipers.

I live in Pennsylvania and only a rear plate is required on cars; old or new.
