Can anyone advise if the early boot covers were different from the later cars. The part number for the Series 2 roadster is different from the earlier 4.2's. I have one for my series 2 but it is new and hasn't had all the hardware fitted. Where do they attach to the body of the car? I know the strap...

I am currently serching for the above clip which holds the speedo cable on a series 2 roadster. I require a description of the clip and where it is mounted. In the series 2 parts book it is held by a UFS 131/4r setscrew and nut .
