Does anybody know where you can obtain the heat resistant “ISOLATOR” part no BD39493?
These are the material that is attached to the steel inspection covers.
They seem to be obsolete with all parts suppliers.

Does anybody have a suggestion for a replacement material?

Thanks Craig I really appreciate that. I take it the pipe is part of the emission control, which has been removed on my car! I am trying to re- fit the air filter vacuum pipes that go between the Air Filter temperature sensor (within the filter itself) and the vacuum system, but cannot see where the vacuum connection on the inlet manifold is?
