engine

Have been through the su carb setup and the next step is to run the engine!
Needles are original and correctly stamped um.
Have operated the throttle linkage from the carb end and can see butterfly valves opening and closing but there is no change at all.

Exhaust pipes are full new system and smoke exits on start-up.
Carbs are set 2.5 turns down after being set level to bridge.

Hi, sorry for giving out the incorrect information. Didn't mean to upset anyone. The bell housing is a 3.8. The original bell housing was damaged beyond repair and there for a second hand one purchased which was incorrect for the car as it is a 4.2 I had no idea of the matching parts(Bell housing , ...

Conclusion

Found I definitely have a series 1 bell housing and flywheel and starter motor are definitely series 2. After lots of technical research found the starter motor is too far away from the flywheel by 4mm therefore the teeth only engage into each other by about 1mm. I have found a fix for this problem ...

E Type Parts Stolen. I need help to find replacement parts

Yesterday the parts for my E Type Series 2 were stolen. Can anyone help with finding the following.
All 4 Brake Calipers including handbrake mechanism on rear.
Output Shafts
Drive Shaft Outputs on Diff
Diff Rear Cover
or Complete Rear Suspension Unit
I have pictures of all the parts stolen
