Don't need to as the new filter uses the stock back plate which has the breather attachment. You will need to swap the UM carb needles to UE though.

I'm about to fit the Mangoletsi air filter supplied by SNG Barratt.
I have questions about the crankcase breather. Is it possible to plug it like in the stock air filtrer ? If no, how do you manage this issue ?
