Re: Installing Gaz Ajustable Rear Shocks

Put it wherever you like, but make all four the same. Put the car on the ground, and check the ride height. Raise the car, adjust, and re-check. It is ALWAYS an iterative process, and you really can't adjust them with the weight of the car on them.

Re: Installing Gaz Ajustable Rear Shocks

"Preload" is meaningless. You adjust for correct ride height. That is what the adjustment is there for.

Marek, But still.... If you're getting the brakes that hot driving on the street, you're either doing something very wrong, or driving like an absolute maniac, and almost certainly risking other peoples lives. I have never once gotten my brakes hot enough for that to be of any concern whatsoever. Re...

Personally, I believe that unless you're a really poor driver, vented rotors are a waste of money. I've never seen an upgrade that puts vented rotors on the rear, and the rears will ALWAYS fail first if you over-use the brakes on an E-type. I live in the mountains, and drive hard, but have never onc...

Guys,

Ian got through to me by phone this AM. No idea why e-mails are being bounced, but you can use jagboy2013@gmail.com instead of the pacbell.net account. Seems to be less fussy.

Only two kits left....
