Re: Triple electrode spark plugs

For many years I use the Bosch WR78 Super 4 spark plugs in my E-Type S2 and my Healey 3000.
Both engines are mildly tuned and run just fine with the 4 electrode Bosch.

Kind regards

Re: New Developments In Rear Crank Sealing

Hi all,

Re: Lower steering column

On my 69 S2 FHC with manual steering the total length is 87.2 cm

Not sure if this used one from SC Parts would fit?

Re: 4.2 3x45 Webber’s running 12 deg advance?

Hi all, Did some more testing on my setup. To compare each test drive I installed a small endoscope camera on carb 1 and made small markings on the outside of carb 2 when each of the progression holes is opened. So while driving I could exactly see in the endoscope display where the throttle positio...

Re: 4.2 3x45 Webber’s running 12 deg advance?

Engine is mildly tuned with larger valves, Rob Beere fast road cam, forged pistons etc. Maximum power is not an issue  It is more like a little hickup at 1500. When I move the pedal rather gentil until I am over 1500, th...

Re: 4.2 3x45 Webber’s running 12 deg advance?

Hi Steve, coming back to your post some 2 years ago. I have 45 Webers with 3 progression holes on my 69 S2. Car runs fine, idle and full power is not an issue. But to get the lower progression range in between ok, I have to run this range a bit fat. And still there is a little flat spot at ca. 1500....
