Hi Christopher.......Think I may have made a fundamental error....is the Reaction valve the unit that fits to the top of the Vacume tank or the white attachment to the master cylinder....Thanks Steve

Hi Guys.....Just rebuilding the front suspension & using the Black Poly bushes as supplied by Barrats......During assembly I used soapy water as recomended in the fitting instructions (other polybush manufactuters recomend a variaty of special greases for their bushes).....& used coppa slip anti sie...

Hi James.......You say that fluid was in the reaction valve & so you will change it........I dont think you will find it is a valve problem as there should be no fluid getting to the valve as this is only a device controling air vacume....read back on Christophers comments re the servo cylinder leak...

Hi All.....Just removed the intet manifold for a carb refurb & looking into the ports there are quite thick deposits on some of the valves. I know that the head was off in 1994 & since then has only done approx 4k miles....Im assuming that lack of use has deteriorated the valve seals & oil is leakin...

Hi Guys.......Also finaly decided on zinc plating....after chatting to the guys at CMC......they finnish the parts with a hard clear wax,,,found one that Dinatrol make......parts are at the platers (Reddich plating co) & should be back this week......Steve

Hi Guys......You both mention painting over the POR this is one of my dilemas.....the finished item is only as good as the top coat, which unless very durable will chip/scratch/wear. exposing the POR or zinc/nickle sub surface.....a particular concern it refitting the wishbones back on to their shaf...
