Hello, Welcome to the forum. 30 years of ownership you should be a fountain of knowledge. Shell restoring sounds like a big job, best of luck to you.

welcome to the forum.
There's a lot of knowledge here.
I have been restoring the shell (or tub
as some call it).
See a few pics attached.
It's a long road for me.,,, many years so far as I don't work on it all the time.
I removed it from the rotisserie late last year.
I've fitted new floor pans and footwell panel.
Also new front frame.
I'm currently restoring the bonnet.
I'm restoring back to original production colour of regency red.
I have a certificate for matching Chassis, engine and gearbox numbers too.
