Scottish S3 arrived (if not running)

Having loved cars and motorcycles for many years (also jumping out of perfectly serviceable aeroplanes, skiing etc.) I was then blessed with the most expensive accessories known to man - Children!

Well, school fees are nearly complete and I recently acquired an S3 2+2 needing a lot of work. Probably too much for me to do myself. The car has some interesting history and it's been 28 years since I last drove it (it was my mother?s) and as far as I can tell, there has been no changes (other than age) in the interim.

So I have to move the Kubota to one side and decide just how bad/good/far gone things are and see if I can?t get it back on the road again.
