My series 3 v12 servo reservoir overflows as the master reservoir level drops. Where should i start looking? I replaced the master with one from SNG Barrett and rebuilt the servo.

Sadly, your servo rebuild was not successful and the seal on the shuttle in the servo is leaking.

You may get some joy by filling reservoir with red grease and rebleeding, or it may continue to leak past the seal.

Most likely you will need to replace that seal, make sure it is well lubricated and check that the bore is free from impediments and smooth.

I have relocated my second brake reservoir to be at the same height as the master to forestall this eventuality. If it were to leak, it'd be slow enough not to cause damage as there is no level difference to encourage the brake fluid to move rapidly.

kind regards
Marek

I suspect that servo accumulation of fluid is typically due to vacuum rather than gravity.
