Hello all,
Not quite new to the forum as I've been gathering information for a while but thought I should formally introduce myself. Bought an E-type last year on a limited budget and am setting about a rolling restoration, though it seems more restoration than rolling along at the minute. She's a 4.2 series 1 that came off the road in 1977 when the original owner laid her up, she was then purchased in 2005 by the previous owner to me who tried his best but never managed to get it to the MOT station. I've subsequently managed to get her road worthy and the all important MOT onto her.
I also have a big Healey which is now in good condition after a long restoration process and I use regularly, so not all new to classic car ownership. I hope to be of some use to this forum in the future as a thanks for all the information I've gleamed from it. James
