Are you a professional company or private DIY restorers? Lots of books are shown in the Knowledge base, buy them, do you have any yet? What facilities do you have for welding, blasting, painting etc.? Body panels are available, e.g. Hutsons, Martin Robey, SNG Barratt. Be prepared to replace sills, etc. So you might need a good jig to hold the body straight, also a rotisserie to allow easy blasting and cleaning off panels.
Good luck and keep asking questions, this really is the best place for advice and help.
