The 'E' Type Forum

Hello. In 1985 I bought a RHD '64 E type in England and have had it in the US since then. I wish to sell it and wondered if , since it is RHD whether it would be more advantageous to try to sell it to someone in the UK.
It is a driver, but does need some restoration. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Being RHD might find it a ready market in the UK, why not show a few photos and add a good, comprehensive description of what sort of restoration you feel it needs. Rusty bodywork is always bad news. Where in the US has it been? A dry state is good news.

If you want to sell via the forum you’ll need to add a price not just ask for offers.
There is experience on here for importing and of course dealers in the US who’ve exported many cars here.

It would also help to know if the car has the original “matching numbers” engine and gearbox as this could add to it’s desirability/value.
