Best way is to sign up (free) with IMGUR https://imgur.com/ You upload your photos and they are hosted. You then click on a photo and copy the BBC link that is displayed. Simply paste that into your post and you are done. You can review, sort, delete and edit the photos within IMGUR. Highly recommended! See link posted by Geoff above for more info.
As an alternative you can use the 'Add image to post' link (blue P) at the bottom of the editing window. This will automatically insert a link into your post. However you have no ability to file or retrieve the photo for other purposes or another post. Great for a quick insert of a photo but there is no guarantee of how long they will continue to host your photo.
