Hi all
I am new on this forum as I bought recently my 1964 3.8l OTS.
I was born in 1954 and retired for 3 years.
I have other vehicles that I have fully restored myself. A 1957 MGA 1500, a 1967 Jaguar MK2 2.4 l and a 1963 Lotus Seven. I have a lot of miscellaneous work on the Type E and I think there is some great advice here to give and find from knowledgeable members. Thank you in advance for your kind support :-)
Jaguar MK2 1967 since 1980
MGA 1500 roadster 1957 since 1982
Lotus Seven 1963 since 2015
XKE S1 1964 OTS since 2023

Welcome Pierre! Lots of information here (check out the Forum Knowledge Base for a start, especially this section: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=700 ). We have several French members but ask any question and you will get a quick reply.

Pierre, welcome to the best place for all things E Type. Lots of friendly and helpful advice as well the information you can find by searching.
And we have fun, too. You say you are retired for 3 years, but in France you should have retired at age 62, are you trying to help M Macron to increase the retirement age.

Bonne chance!
