The 'E' Type Forum

Hi, just to introduce myself as recently joined the E Type Club.
Recently purchased a 1966 Series 1.4.2 FHC in Carmen Red.Good solid sills/floor and other areas known for tinrot,and general quality 80%.In process of remove ,dismantle and rebuild the SUs,which are in poor condition,plus a lot of other items not up to spec as I require.Will post on progress periodically as a known lover of Series 1.

Welcome to the forum, the best place for all things E Type. It is not the E Type Club’s forum, though we have an association via their banner up top.

When you’re ready to ask questions you’ll get a lot of friendly help and advice on here. But to make things easier, please click on your user name, top right, then you can go into the signature area and enter your name (much nicer to respond to you by name) and car type. That way people can very readily see which model you have and better respond than having to wade back through your topic.

There’s the restoration section where you can start a topic on your own restoration work. Wade through others to see how they gone about similar work. And the search is very good, too.
