Jerzy, welcome to the best place for all things E Type. There is a lot of help in the knowledge section, restoration section for ideas on how to do the work and many willing and knowledgeable people to answer your questions. The search facility works well and can be a good starting point.
Have you got all the relevant workshop manuals? Pages from them can be downloaded from here for print out and having to hand in your workshop, but owning the full manual is very important.
Membership of the JEC or JDC gives you discounts at the major suppliers that will quickly repay membership costs.
Good luck
Geoff

Cheers Colin!
Those shock absorbers are already gone and new units have been installed.
European tail lights will also be brought back to the original US spec. I think it will better suit the car.
5 stud wheels not being the US spec standard? Hmm..., that would potentially explain why the wheel brace does not fit to those wheel nuts...
The car has mixed US/UK history and I'm still uncovering new details.

Those steel wheels were standard on the s3 etype. Wire wheels were aftermarket.
Lucas never made amber/red rear lenses with a vertical split for US tail light housings, only all-red items. In the UK, indicators have to light up amber.
The Koni shock absorbers are the factory original orange colour as far as I can see.
kind regards
Marek
