#1 New member - new purchase
Hi everyone,
I've just joined the forum and the e-type club in the last few days and wanted to say hello, i'd already jumped in and asked a few questions but thought i'd come here and introduce myself.
After a couple of years of wonderful Jaguar ownership (XK8) i've decided to follow childhood dreams of an E-type, which is currently being shipped over from Los Angeles. Being 6' 5", the only option for me is a 2+2 so thats what ive gone for. am i jumping in feet first? probably, but then thats half the fun right? :D
I'll upload some pictures soon, she's a bit battered and most of the interior is with but not in the car, but hopefully up and running shortly, delivery due, end of august.

Welcome to the Forum. Lots of good advice here and it seems you have already started to contribute to our knowledge with the information you posted about import duty on classic cars. Interesting stuff so keep it coming. Hopefully we can return the favour with help when your car arrives. Information on how to insert photos into your posts is available in the Knowledge Base.

I think you are using thumbnails rather than full size photos. Ideally you need the 640 pixels size option as you can get two photos side by side in your post.
