Hello everyone!
Just found this forum. Working on a 70 S2 FHC and the first Jaguar I've worked on. So far it has been quite an experience! Getting toward the finish line and will have some questions about stuff before we put the bonnet back on.
here is my photobucket album -

Hi and welcome,
some very nice and useful shots in there - when do you expect to finish?
Lots of help on here if you ask, I have a Series III, but some info is common and usually someone know something about your problem.
Keep posting the pictures, because it is hard finding info if, like me, your car was dismantled when you started!
Regards

Thanks guys- it's been a lot of work as you can see and we have learned a lot. We are in the process of installing a RetroAir evaporator and find that some modifications need to be made in order to install the radio console. The new evaporator is thicker than the original.
We are shooting to be finished in October.

Welcome to the Forum - some great pictures there. I will jump in (before Angus does) with one obvious but easily remedied error - your bonnet catches are on the wrong way!

They should point upwards when open for safety. My car was 'wrong' as well as indeed is the E-Type Eagle use in their adverts. I should point out that Jaguar fitted them originally the way you have them.
