I am a new owner of a 66 Jag XKE. It is a gift from my Uncle who purchased the car new in April 1966. The Jag was my uncle's daily driver for 20 years but has been rarely driven in the past five. The car has been repainted once as has the interior. In 2006 the Jag had many mechanical repairs.
The Jag runs but needs maintenance and this will be what most of my questions will be about. Also want to improve the cooling with an aftermarket fan to replace or add to the stock fan.

Welcome Scott. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want, there will usually be someone here with an answer. In fact to deal with your first question on cooling, fit a Coolcat fan as it is a direct replacement for the original but much more efficient. While you are at it buy a Coolcat Otter switch for reliability: http://www.coolcatcorp.com/Merchant5/me ... ry_Code=CS
