#1 restoration of series I 4.2l FHC

Post by guyjohnwood@aol.com » Tue Nov 26, 2013 5:57 pm

Hello,

I begin this in the New Year, when the car arrives from North America. Can someone recommend a "restorers bible" and also what colour trim to go with dark blue.

Thanks

Guy

Welcome to the Forum! The best "restorers bible" is probably going to be found here: http://etypeuk.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=8 and for your car check out ChrisC's thread: http://etypeuk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1752

As for trim colour the most popular colours at the Factory to go with Dark Blue were Black, Dark Blue, Light Blue and Red.
