"Reasonable price" and "Reasonable Condition" are mutually exclusive terms when discussing a Series 1. And just wait until you join the rest of us Jag owners in the poor house. That's when the fun begins!
Good luck with your search and welcome to the forum.

Welcome Chan. S1 prices are now getting really high and that does not necessarily mean you will get a decent car. Have you thought of an S2 because not only were they better developed rust free and original LHD cars can be found. Check out Angus's site and you will see what I mean: http://www.mossjaguar.com/ Buy an S2 from Angus and you can restore it yourself very easily - no rust, no bodywork. He may even be able to find you a good S1!
