Hi all, I've just become the proud owner of a S3 Roadster but unfortunately, because of the incessant rain, haven't yet picked it up from the previous owner! To make matters worse, I've bought a factory hard top, which I am staring at in my office every day. I feel like a naughty boy who's had his new toy put on top of the wardrobe and I can't play with it! Worse, I know it's up there and I've been given the box!!
I married Miss Right?I just didn't know her first name was "Always"

Hi and welcome! I'm a newbie too, got mine end January and had to drive it back from North Yorkshire to essex in the pouring rain. It was fine though, and I just made sure I gave my new baby a nice clean and dry when I got her home.
A month later, I still can't stop myself keep popping into the garage for a look!

It won't get any better with time. Six years into E Type ownership and I still make excuses to go into the garage.
