I'm a new member. Currently fussing over my 1968 Series 1.5 and 1969 Series 2 E-types. The '69 Clutch hydraulics have failed. Clutch pedal goes to floor with little/no resistance. Clutch does not disengage. Looking for general advice, pitfals to watch for, etc.

Does the pedal pump up if you press it repeatedly ? If so,and this persists after bleeding the clutch hydraulics, the problem is likely to be that the pushrod on the slave cylinder is out of adjustment - in all probablity, too short
