I'm not sure if this should be in "Collectibles" or whatever, but as I'm a newbie on the forum, I suppose here is as good a place as any.
While sorting through boxes of assorted stuff prior to moving house, I discovered a few things that might be of interest.
The first is the original logbook for my dad's E-Type, issued in 1970:
He was the third owner of the car, which is why the tax disc is for 1972-3:
And finally, some of you may remember the Oil Crisis of the early 70s, when OPEC began throwing its weight about (and made Concorde economically unviable), the UK government planned to ration fuel and so issued ration books:
The ration book is clearly not the right one for the the car, but it probably speaks to my father's character that they were bundled together...
Anyway, does anyone know if this car is still on the road, and if perhaps the current owner might like these?
