hi guys.
for years i was in to bikes only. i commute to work daily on ducati paginale 1199s and own several other race and LE bikes.
last year i bought MB 380SL and she ignited my interest in cars. she is now finished and in use.

yesterday i bought mk3 etype which is due to arrive in the next week or so. it is UK RHD model, but in need of full restoration. the car is complete with the exception of speedometer and rev counter. any ideas where i can buy those? ( i looked on eBay and can't find any)

also - quick question: how do your etype model described in v5 form?

is it just e-type or do i need to put that it is mk3 ? 2+2? xk? just applying for v5 and want to make sure i will do it correctly

thanks a lot!

Hi Welcome to the forum.....what's your name...use full if you sign off with it...terminology is slightly wrong.....I assume when you say Mk3 you mean a Series 3 V12...normally referred to as S3.... My V5 just refers to my S2 2+2 as model.. E Type ...Body, Sports.

Next Sunday is the International Jaguar spares day....lots of new and used parts..well worth going...see here.. http://www.jaguarsparesdays.co.uk regards...Steve
