#1 Windscreen wiper bitsa trouble

Hello to all from Germany,
i am currently completing a restauration somebody else has started ( i will never do it again!!
) and found a mixture of parts which fitted together first sight, but at a closer (very close) look wont...
So my question is:
I got a Ser 2 wiper motor, and i want to make it work with a Ser 1 wiper toggle switch. I have learnt now that the motors operate completly different (Ser 1 motor has permanent current and works with "grounding" trough the switch, the Ser 2 motor has permanent ground and gets current through the switch.)
Could it work if i wire the cables at the toggle switch in an other way? or should i use another toggle switch (fan motor?)
Thank you very much for your help.
Kind regards
Robert Schmidt
