#1 S2 very early with S1.5 bonnet "original" ?

Post by Durango2k » Fri Aug 19, 2016 8:23 am

Hi all,

The german forum discusses a special car which is said to be "amongst the first 20 S2", and "it has an S1.5 bonnet from the factory".

Is there any evidence to proove this ?

Here she is:

Just because he's selling an E-Type is no reason to forget that he remains a second hand car salesman.

I can't really agree that it is good value as a LHD, US spec car. By the time you make it RHD and convert to European spec you are talking a minimum of 60K and in reality more like 66-67k . And who knows what hidden horrors lie beneath a paint job ?
