Hi everyone. I'm Bob in Annapolis, Maryland; owner for the last 40 years of a 1967 E Type OTS. Bought it used in OK shape (for a 10 yr old car) as a "cheap thrill". Have enjoyed it (and cursed it from time to time). Finally getting around to restoring it to its original glory. New interior, paint, brakes, etc. Hope to complete this in 6 months, but that's probably very optimistic.

Welcome aboard, Bob. There is plenty of expertise and willing help here on the forum. There are several E Type owners in the DC/Annapolis area who have done restorations. Give a shout if you need a helping hand during the restoration process.

Thanks for the welcome and offer of assistance. My car is mostly apart now. Chrome which needs rechroming has been sent out. Next comes paint removal and body work. The good news is that I have found no evidence of rust beyond surface rust. The body structure is sound. Also all of the component numbers match the serial plate and Heritage Certificate. How she looks right now.
