Hello Jaguar fanatics, I live in Central America, I restore a variety of cars, but in common to you, just finished a series 2 convertible.

It was a total disaster, and had to replace all the floors, trunk bottom, rebuild 100% mechanicals. A real mess.

Had a lot of great help from a wonderful restorer and friend, in the USA.

Will post some photos when back in my home town, as abroad at the moment.

I am dreaming about finding an XKE 1st Series,..... one of these days.

If you have a lot of photos about your work on this série 2 OTS, prefer to open a new topic into "restoration stories".
It's so interesting to see how it was at the beginning compared to the end.
