Do David Manners turn their computers off at night when they go home?

I have been trying to log onto their site to order some parts on and off for the last few weeks.

During my (Australian) day time all I get is:

This site can’t be reached
www.jagspares.co.uk took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Working for me right now, but there is a sign saying that the site is undergoing maintenance at the moment - so maybe the site is down at night for this maintenance?

Interestingly I can get right through anytime on my VPN if I pretend to be in England, but it times out if I use my true IP in Australia.
