#1 Unfortunate bolts
An email with some information to help assemble some parts came out as “held together with 5/16 unfortunately bolts.” Somewhat bemused I wondered why using bolts was unfortunate until realising it was AI.
Of course it should have read “held together with 5/16 unf bolts”.
