Called at a house today to give estimate for some building works the chat turned to classic cars and the chap mentioned his father put an old series one jag in the garage 40 years ago its covered in a load of junk but he needs to get it removed, ho how my heart skipped a beat!!
Well it turned out to be a Daimler sovereign 420 dog rough but appears very solid and complete its not for me but if anyone in the market for something like this let me know.
Series 1 been in the garage for 40 years!!

Good ones fetch £10k to £20k or more. No idea what a basket case would cost to fix.....shame it wasn't a series one OBL e type though

Reconmission it mechanically and smoke it around as it is ...... not many left like that now .
