#1 Ignition cut off switch

I would like to install a electric cutout for security. Any recommendations of type and location for a 1970 E type roadster? Thanks

I've got mine here which is very handy for a LHD car, yet out of the way. The red key is removable.

It's the only modification I have on my car that required drilling holes, but I thought the safety and security aspects warranted it.

Having had two wiring loom meltdown failures (one while the car was just sitting alone in the garage) I now fit a disconnect reachable from the drivers seat to all of my older cars. And the battery is disconnected whenever the car is put away.

I put a switch in the feed to the fuel pump in my S2. Discretely mounted under the dash. I suspect it's only effective to a casual thief...

My fuel pump switch is simply to give an additional quick layer of security, helpful to prevent opportunist attention. I certainly won't be sharing some of the other measures I take, and as such I think it's helpful info for anyone looking to do the same.
