#1 Moss Europe; cheeky behaviour.

Current resto project is a very early MGB.

After discussion with panel shop it was decided that it would be more cost effective to replace the bonnet than repair the original.

I ordered a new bonnet for £190, with a £270 cost for Fedex air, and paid. Expensive, but still cost effective.

Three days later Moss contacted me because the parcel dimensions were over Fedex's maximum size for air. After discussion Moss arranged sea shipping with me needing to pick up the parcel at the docks. I agreed to this.

Moss hadn't offered anything, but on the off chance I asked if there would be any refund on the shipping.

They then refunded me £120. If I hadn't asked they would have just pocketed it.
