All,

family plans to go to London this Summer for a week - mainly to see the town, visit an old friend, and train Felix' english, and the continue via stonehenge to Devon, and stay near Bampton / Tiverton.

Would you say there's enough to do and see in a week with a then-11 yr. old Boy ?

Ideas what to do - I have noticed that The Haynes Motor Museum is nearby ?

Carsten, you're going to confuse the poor boy! Last summer you immersed him in the American flavor of English, with a notable southern accent and now you want to hit him with a new take on a proper English accent? He won't know what to say!

Well,

Is there any difference for such a young boy ? :-). I am sure he won't really notice it.

Main idea is to un-shy him. Let him try, say, buy some bread or learn how to cope in a foreign Country and Language.

It will help him a bit - and this is all we aim for.

Ah, and I'll show him the Haynes Motor museum.... To show him some Classics....
