Q: Driving the first Quattroporte model was a very exclusive pleasure. It is said that the Aga Khan drove a Quattroporte ? do you know about other famous drivers of this model?

Many of the rich and famous have owned a ?Quattroporte I?. To name but a few: Raoul Gardini, Marzotto, Prince Aga Khan, Prince Ranieri of Monaco, the King of Saudi Arabia, Vittorio Ripa di Meana, Fred Bongusto, Luciano Tajoli, Nino Benvenuti, Claudia Cardinale, Mario Cecchi Gori, Stewart Granger, Sergio Leone, Sofia Loren, Marcello Mastroianni, Anthony Quinn, Alberto Sordi, Peter Ustinov ?

It's all relative, depends on which generation of E-type :D

I was very interested by this model, but now I have dropped the intention due to my recent E-type purchase
It was in its time the fastest sedan on earth
However restoration is by no means cheap, in particular spare parts (if you can find them) will come x4 or x10 compared to our Es

I had traced one in Modena 90% restored for 20k?, but its the last 10% that could be a (big and costly ) problem !
