I saw the JEC had a piece on this in their weekly Friday Spotlight email. I've responded to the survey attached to the FBHVC positioning statement.

Anyone, although it asks for a club on the FBHVC website, I shouldn’t worry as you can use the first line of the drop down list which includes “ club not listed here”.
