#1 All in a good cause

Today I took Freddie to Goodwood to take part in a charity drive event as part of this months Sunday Breakfast Club. About ten GRRC members’ cars volunteered to take punters on a ten mile jaunt around the Goodwood estate. Starting at 8:30 we had four or five drives, each taking about 20 minutes.

Well I had four drives. The owners of a Ferrari Roma and a DB6 each had five. And I think the Paris/Dakar thing had several outings as well, but they might have been off roady type drives.

Punters paid £30 for a bucket list ride in Freddie, £40 for the DB6 or the Roma.

Something north of £2,000 was raised in just a few hours.
