I am planning to go to this event next year. Just wondered what the preferred transport is to Calis. Tunnel or ferry?
Best regards

Dear All,

I am ready to help you all in organizing a Hotel at Le Mans & a Stop Over Outside Paris where in each cases cars are 99% safe.

I dont like roughing it so will be using Le Chateau De La Barre which i mentioned before unless a club takes it all.

What the tendency To go in a E Type or family car ?

I Can adapt & take people from Paris Train station etc

We're staying at the Arbor Hotel....right on the circuit, swimming pool and all.

Some going in Morgans but Harry might be going in an E Type....Might take mine if its finished.

Would Portsmouth Caen be a good route down. I did this one year in the Porsche and it seemed very civilised

I just checked and it seems many of the accommodations are already booked up for the event! Can anyone recommend an organized tour that's suitable for classic cars of less capability than an E-type. I'm thinking of taking an XK120 OTS.
