Besides saying, you lucky fellow, surely getting it up and running may take a bit more than a wash, polish and fill up the fuel tank?
Possible seized parts due not being used? Even down to petty items like the bleed nipples not opening then having to be drilled out with all the consequent extra work. Unless the engine was properly inhibited what corrosion could be lurking there? Replacing seals in the rear brakes and replacing rusty discs means an IRS off.
I certainly hope there won't be many gremlins. And definitely don't take the first offer from Peter to take it off your hands, as nice as he's trying to be to you
