Probably not the done thing to reply to a thread that's 2 years old :D
Just had a quote back from the chromers here in Oslo. My hands are still shaking. Putting it in GBP for comparisons sake, they're wanting ?350 per side for the rear bumpers, ?280 per side for the fronts and ?80 for each overrider.
?1600 for four corners
My Plan B is to polish them up with Autosol (the fronts shine up nicely whilst the rears are a bit less good) and them give them a coat of 2-pack clear coat. It boils down to me being the only one to notice the ?1600 of difference.
If anyone points out the slightly "off" chrome, I'll just say that I wanted to keep some visible patina, and not over-restore :D
