#1 Oh how I love ..

it when sales reps with their designer shades come up behind in their TD turbo whatever and try to blast past with a smirk.

Had one just earlier today, he couldn't wait as we were going down a dual carriageway even though there was traffic ahead of me. So I let him pass when the road ahead was clear and followed him through the roundabout onto the next dual carriageway as he floored it.

His face was a picture as the Etype thoroughly thrashed him into the distance. You can almost hear him saying "wtf .. how can it go that fast ... its 50 years old .. "

The best bit tho is when they do finally catch up in traffic, they *never* buzz you from the back a 2nd time

As Wiggy (JL) says .. Etype driving is smiles per mile

Great! My E-Type trips to play golf involve a long straight uphill section ? I put the pedal down at the start and sit back as the Golfs, Mondeos etc run out of steam near the top. You can see the drivers rocking back and forth trying to get past this old car ? makes my day every time.
